Refund Policy.

TLB Web Design provides both custom web design and development services and downloadable or digitally delivered products , including website templates and related resources.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service, whether work has already begun, whether a digital product has already been supplied, and the consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Digital products may include website templates, template packs, downloadable resources, digital guides and other files delivered electronically.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied or used immediately after delivery, refund rules differ from those that apply to physical products.

Refunds may still be considered where:

• The wrong digital product was supplied.
• The supplied file is corrupted or technically unusable and cannot reasonably be replaced or repaired.
• The customer was charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The product materially fails to match the description provided at the time of purchase.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds will not normally be granted simply because:

• The customer changes their mind after valid digital delivery and loss of the withdrawal right.
• The customer no longer needs the template.
• The customer decides not to launch their website.
• The customer expected functionality that was not included in the product description.
• The customer does not have the knowledge, software, hosting or technical environment needed to use the product, where those requirements were clearly stated beforehand.

Consumers purchasing remotely may generally benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under French consumer law.

Different rules apply when digital content without a physical medium is supplied before this period expires.

Where legally required, immediate digital delivery will only begin after the customer:

• Expressly requests or consents to delivery beginning before the end of the withdrawal period.
• Acknowledges that beginning the digital supply under those conditions results in loss of the right of withdrawal.
• Receives confirmation of that agreement in accordance with applicable law.

If those legal conditions have not been satisfied, statutory consumer rights remain applicable.

Custom projects are reserved specifically for the client and may involve strategy, research, design, development, configuration and project management.

The payment and cancellation terms applicable to a specific project will also be stated in the relevant proposal, quotation, contract or terms accepted before work begins.

If work has not yet started

If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will depend on the agreed booking, deposit and cancellation terms, together with any applicable statutory rights.

If work has already started

Where a consumer has expressly requested that paid services begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, and later validly exercises the right of withdrawal, the customer may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services already supplied up to the date of withdrawal.

Once a service has been fully performed

Where the legal requirements for early performance and acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right have been satisfied, the withdrawal right may no longer apply once the service has been fully performed.

If a custom project is cancelled after work has begun, amounts corresponding to work already completed, approved project stages, third-party costs and other non-recoverable expenses may remain payable.

Depending on the project agreement, these may include:

• Discovery and strategy work
• Wireframes and UX work
• Design concepts and revisions
• Development already completed
• Content or brand assets created
• Third-party licences or services purchased specifically for the project
• Other work completed before cancellation

Any amount due or refundable will be assessed according to the agreed project terms and applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem with a purchased digital product, please contact TLB Web Design before requesting a refund.

Where possible, I will first try to resolve the issue by:

• Providing a replacement file
• Correcting a damaged or incomplete file
• Providing reasonable installation or access guidance
• Clarifying compatibility requirements

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have where digital content is not in conformity with the contract.

To request a refund, cancellation or exercise a statutory withdrawal right, please contact TLB Web Design with:

• Your full name
• The email address used for the purchase or project
• The product or service concerned
• The payment or invoice reference where available
• A short explanation of your request

Requests will be reviewed individually in light of the purchase circumstances, contractual terms and applicable law.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed using an appropriate payment method and within the legally applicable timeframe.

If you believe a payment was made incorrectly or there is a genuine problem with a purchase, please contact me first so the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

Nothing in this policy prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under applicable law.

This Refund Policy may be updated if TLB Web Design changes its products, payment methods, sales process or legal terms.

The version applicable to a purchase or project will be determined by the terms and legal requirements applicable to that transaction.
